Eligibility
 
The 2nd Support Scheme will be conducted in two phases, namely the 2016 program year and the 2017 program year. The eligible applying graduate should be:
  • Permanent resident of Hong Kong;
  • Students graduated in 2014 to 2016 should apply for 2016 program year and students graduated in 2015 to 2017 should apply for 2017 program year
       
Interested graduates may apply for the eligible program year according to their year of graduation with illustration as below:
